Objective: 

This course will enable the students to gain a comprehensive understanding of health psychology, including the mind-body relationship and the biopsychosocial model. Additionally, the course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to analyze health behaviors, manage stress, and enhance well-being through the application of psychological theories and principles.
