On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

CO86: Understand the foundations of organizational behaviour, its challenges and opportunities in the current scenario.

CO87: Critically evaluate the potential effects of important developments in the external environment (such as globalisation and advances in technology) on organisational behaviour.

CO88: Understand one’s own management style as it relates to influencing and managing behaviour in the organisation systems.

CO89: Analyse individual human behaviour in the workplace as influenced by personality, values, perceptions, and attitudes.

CO90: Enhance critical thinking and analysis skills through the use of management case studies and small group exercises.

Values, Assumptions and Beliefs in OD:

Early Statements of OD Values and assumptions; Implications of OD Values and Assumptions; A values study; OD Consultants- knowledge and competencies; Octapace situations in sales/marketing functions
