Objective: 

This course will enable students to understand the foundations and historical development of organizational development, evaluate the impact of external environmental factors on organizational behavior, and analyze individual and group behaviors within organizations.

CO201: Develop an understanding of the foundations of organizational behaviour, its challenges and opportunities in the current scenario.

CO202: Critically evaluate the potential effects of important developments in the external environment (such as globalization and advances in technology) on organizational behaviour.

CO203: Appraise one’s own management style as it relates to influencing and managing behaviour in the organization systems.
