Leadership

Definition, History of Leadership studies Process and Performance; Emerging framework for Leaderships : Charismatic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Substitute for Leadership.  Leadership styles :   classic studies, modern theories, Managerial grid style, Hersey and Blanchard’s life cycle or situational approach, Likert’s four systems of management, Vroom – Yetton Leadership model.
