On completion of this course, the students will be able to: CO31: Understanding of the foundations of organizational behaviour, its challenges and opportunities in the current scenario. CO32: Critically evaluate the potential effects of important developments in the external environment (such as globalisation and advances in technology) on organisational behaviour. CO33: Understanding your own management style as it relates to influencing and managing behaviour in the organisation systems. CO34: Analyse individual human behaviour in the workplace as influenced by personality, values, perceptions, and attitudes. CO35: Enhance critical thinking and analysis skills through the use of management case studies and small group exercises. |
