Objective: 

Course Objectives :

  • To understand the concepts, nature and principles of organizational behavior.

Course Outcomes:

  • CO27: Understanding of the foundations of organizational behaviour, its challenges and opportunities in the current scenario.
  • CO28: Understanding of the implications of organizational behaviour on the process of management & the extent of the role of people skills of managers that contribute to the definition of organizational behaviour.
  • CO29: Analyse individual human behaviour in the workplace as influenced by personality, values, perceptions, and attitudes.
  • CO30: Critically evaluate the potential effects of important developments in the external environment (such as globalisation and advances in technology) on organisational behaviour.
  • CO31: Understanding your own management style as it relates to influencing and managing behaviourin the organization systems.
  • CO32: Enhance critical thinking and analysis skills through the use of management case studies and small group exercises.
