The students will be able to – CO19: Developing familiarity with the current diagnostic systems (current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and International Classification of Diseases- Mental Disorder section) CO20: To have knowledge of different aspects of abnormal behaviour. CO21: Developing a foundational knowledge of Clinical Psychology, its historical development (especially w.r.t India) and professional ethics. CO22: To know the historical development of the study of abnormal behaviour, criteria and perspectives in abnormal behaviour, common classification systems, and range of disorders including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, disorders generally observed at childhood and adolescence, and personality disorders. CO23: Understand various behavioural dysfunctions and use the same in day-to-day life |
