This course will enable students to understand and develop personal growth, empathy, mindfulness, creativity, and decision-making skills while focusing on fostering a growth mindset, enhancing empathy and compassion, practicing mindfulness, stimulating creativity, and taking responsibility for personal decisions.

Understanding the Self and Others (Theory) |
CO1: Learn strategies for changing their mindset, including how to cultivate a growth mindset, develop a positive self-image, and overcome obstacles. CO2: Explore different perspectives on empathy and compassion, and learn how to develop these qualities in themselves and others. CO3: Learn multitude of mindfulness practices, and to initiate more conscious action. CO4: Learn to think with open-mindedness, flexibility and experience a state of flow CO5: Understand the important components of different types of research report and observing the precautions to maintain ethical and moral integrity of the researcher.
