1. Students will learn strategies for changing their mindset, including how to cultivate a growth mindset, develop a positive self-image, and overcome obstacles.

2. Students will explore different perspectives on empathy and compassion, and learn how to develop these qualities in themselves and others to create a more just and equitable society.

3. The students will learn multitude of mindfulness practices, a skillful way of living in the present moment with greater awareness and attention and to initiate more conscious action.

4. Students will learn to think with open-mindedness, flexibility and experience a state of flow which evokes curiosity, deepens insight, can engage with complexity and sustains intrinsic interests.

5. Understanding the important components of different types of research report and observing the precautions to maintain ethical and moral integrity of the researcher.

Introduction to mindfulness, The role of intention, attention and attitude in mindfulness, The relationship between body and mind
