While ‘2 Jars’ made the students write letters to their future or younger self to incorporate concepts like self-reflection and mindfulness, self-care was promoted by an activity called ‘Self-care wheel’ where people had to perform little tasks of daily life. ‘Wheel of growth’ was an interesting activity where participants had to share any story from a particular life stage. ‘Brainstorming zone’ was a popular activity through which students got to know about the concept of insight learning. On the other hand, Erikson’s psychosocial stages were also explained through corresponding pairs of cards. These tasks encouraged students to explore psychological concepts through fun, hands-on experiences. One of the key highlights of the fest was a comprehensive career counseling session, guiding students on various career paths in psychology. Experts were on hand to provide advice and answer queries and doubts, ensuring that attendees left with a clearer vision for their future.

The collaboration with schools helped foster a greater understanding of psychology among younger students, making the fest a resounding success. Participants left feeling inspired, equipped with both knowledge and practical skills.
