Workshop - CV Writing

The Department of Psychology hosted a CV Writing Workshop on August 25 and 26, 2023, specifically designed for semester V honors and semester III postgraduate students. This initiative was part of a departmental activity under the supervision of Ms. Khushboo Bhardwaj, Placement Officer, IIS (deemed to be University). The workshop  aimed at enhance the students' abilities to craft effective and professional resumes in preparation for their future career endeavors.

Over the course of two days, the workshop offered a comprehensive series of sessions addressing key aspects of CV development. Topics covered included the structuring of professional CVs, aligning CVs to specific job descriptions, effectively highlighting relevant skills and academic achievements, and employing impactful language to stand out to potential employers. The students engaged actively, demonstrating a keen interest in refining their CV writing skills and appreciating the hands-on approach.
