On 18th February 2025, the Psychology Club Ivolve brought the campus together with Fast-Fun-Free, an exciting event designed to help students take a break from academic stress. The event was an open-for-all celebration of childhood nostalgia, featuring traditional games that many had played in their early years. Students enthusiastically participated in Kho-Kho, Tug of War, Red Light Green Light, Dodgeball, and Chaintod, reliving their carefree childhood moments while engaging in friendly competition. Each game was purposefully decided on as it served a unique basis for strengthening and promoting the importance of the mind and body connection necessary for a healthy lifestyle. The campus lawn was alive with activity as students formed teams, strategized, and cheered one another on. With each game, excitement grew, and a sense of sportsmanship and camaraderie developed. Some teams celebrated their victories, while others laughed off their defeats, making the event enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
A juice stall was set up to keep the participants energized, serving refreshing drinks that complemented the playful atmosphere. Music contributed to the lively atmosphere, keeping everyone engaged and in good spirits throughout the day. The combination of fun, nostalgia, and relaxation made the event memorable.
Outcome: Fast-Fun-Free was a huge success, with students expressing their gratitude for the much-needed break from their academic routines. The event not only relieved stress but also strengthened bonds among participants, fostering friendships beyond the classroom. Ivolve has once again demonstrated its commitment to promoting mental health through innovative and engaging initiatives, leaving everyone eager for the next event.
