The students will be able to –

CO160: Understanding and applying the primary outcomes of organizational behaviour necessary for organizational effectiveness.

CO161: Understanding and applying concepts relating to training & development, performance management, ethics.

CO162: Analysing and comparing different models used to explain individual behaviour related to motivation and rewards

CO163: Identifying the various factors related to safety and their importance.

CO164: Explaining human resource in terms of its international applicability and systems.
