Unit III: 
Career Planning and Decision Making in Schools :

The School Counselor’s Role in Student Career Development, Techniques for Career Planning and decision making, Environmental placements, Career Counselling in Non-school settings, Computerized Career Assistance Systems.  

Unit IV: 
Types of Systems

Information Systems, Guidance Systems, Ethical Considerations.

Unit V: 
Process of Career Counselling :

Strategies, Career corner, career talk, career conference, industrial visit.
